We collect information you provide directly such as your name, email, company and message when you submit our contact form or book a consultation. We do not collect information beyond what's needed to respond to your enquiry.
How we use it
Information you share is used solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule consultations, and where you've opted in send Black Whale Insights updates. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Data retention
For AI engagements, no client operational data is retained beyond the scope of the engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to manage the relationship.
